Chinese Chicken with Noodles and Vegetables

Chinese Soft Noodle.... Gravy Chow Mein (chāu-mèing) It can be seafood or only vegetable also....

Ingredients (2 servings)
250 grams Noodle
200 grams Boneless Chicken
5 cloves Whole Garlics
1 pc Medium Red Onion
1 pc Small Green Bellpepper
10 gram Ginger Rooti
1 pc Small Carrot
1 pc Small Cabbage
1 pc Small Broccoli
50 grams Bean Sprouts
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Chinese Five Spices
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Sweet Chilly Sauce
1 tbsp Oyester Sauce
1 bunch Spring Onion
50 gram Corn Starch ( Corn Flour)
50 ml Sesame Oil
2 pcs Green Chilly (optional)
1 tbsp Butter
20 gram Mushroom

Method
Time: 30 mins

Boil the noodles as per intruction given or 5 mins normally. Drain water and wash with cold water or put in clean place and spray oil and spread to air cool.

Cut all vegetables in bite size chunks or julienne. Crush the Garlic cloves instead. Chop Green Chilly if you like.

Mix the Corn Flour in 100 ml of water and stir weĺl.
Cut the chicken in bite size chunks or stripes.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan in medium heat. When oil is hot enough put Crushed Garlic and stir well to turn light brown. Slow down the heat.

Add Chicken and stir well. Then add onion and bellpepper. Stir well. Make heat fast and stir continuously.

Now add all remaining vegetables and stir well. Don't let it stick or burn. Slow down heat if needed. Keep spring onion for garnish.

Now add 1tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of oyester sauce, 1tbsp of sweet chilly sauce.Add tbsp of Five spices, and salt and pepper as per taste. Then stir well.

Now add some water as needed. Wait till it boils.
Heat butter in another pan non sticky if possible. Now add noodles and stir well till noodle gets medium hot. Turn off heat and put the noodle in big plate.

Now complete previous task. If it is boiling. The stir the cornflour and water again and mix well. Then pour it gently in boiling vegetables stiring the pan till it gets enough thick. Not very thin and not very thick just it should hold noodlea and good to eat with.. Don't add all at once it may be very thick. Let it simmer for some time and remove heat.

Now vegetable gravy is ready and pour it over noodles on plate. Garnish with Spring Onions. Serve Hot.
